Studio B ”L’autonome” reservation

Booking policy

All booking requests must be made via the online booking tool on the Virage Sonore page.
The Virage Sonore team will respond to the booking request within 24 hours.
If several bookings are made for the same project on the same day: spaces of 1 hour or less between booked blocks will be billed.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation after 48 hours
Virage Sonore will charge 50% of the amount for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance.
Virage Sonore will charge 100% for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Arrival at the studio

To avoid overcrowding in the studio, we ask you not to arrive before the time of your reservation.
In order not to disturb any recordings in progress in the studios, we ask you to keep the volume at a suitable level and not to shout in the communal areas (you can of course shout in the studios, which are soundproofed).
It is important to respect the studios and communal areas; any breakage of equipment will be billed.

While recording

A compulsory training session will take place when you make your first booking, explaining how to use the studio and how to record.
The Virage Sonore team will set you up and adjust your sound levels and camera angles at the beginning of each recording session.
A Virage Sonore technician will be available on request in the event of a problem throughout the duration of your booking.
In the event of an overrun without a reservation, Virage Sonore will invoice you for every 30 minutes.
In case of overtime with a reservation following you, Virage Sonore will launch a light signal in the studio after 5 minutes, then enter the studio after 10 minutes.
Virage Sonore declines all responsibility in the event of technical problems caused by the user (forgotten recording, change of sound levels, change of camera angles without the approval of a Virage Sonore technician).

Recovering recordings

You will receive a Dropbox link to download your files within 48 hours of your recording session.
Virage Sonore will keep a backup of your audio files for a period of 30 days, and video files for a period of 15 days after which the studio will delete all documents from its server.
We invite you to bring your own USB 3.0 hard drive or SSD to retrieve your videos immediately after the session.

Ethics and Conduct

Virage Sonore is a respectful and non-violent space. Any form of violence, whether physical or verbal, towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
Virage Sonore reserves the right to suspend or deny access to its services to anyone promoting sexist, misogynistic, racist, xenophobic, masculinist, LGBTQphobic speech, or any content inciting violence or discrimination.
