Who we are

William Maurer
William Maurer has been working in the sound industry for some fifteen years.
A graduate of the Institut Supérieur des Techniques du son in Paris, he began his career as a studio assistant on music and audiovisual productions in the French capital.
In 2011, he moved to Montreal, where he took part in several musical projects as a songwriter and producer (Of Course, No Place For Heroes, Suprême Sans Plomb).
It was in Quebec that William cut his teeth on the radio while studying Arts Management at HEC.
He hosted ”La Grande Machination” on CISM until 2014, before becoming Musical Director, then General Manager of podcast platform CHOQ.ca.
Under his leadership, CHOQ.ca won the Digital Media of the Year award at GAMIQ 2017, and now boasts nearly 5 million listens a year.
He will be a true ally in the creative development and production strategy of your podcast.
Kevin Gironnay
Kevin Gironnay is a sound worshipper. His ears were opened by contact with radio creation and contemporary music.
He completed his master’s degree in composition at the Université de Montréal under the direction of Nicolas Bernier, and now produces experimental music for various projects.
Trained as a sound engineer, he also studied composition at various conservatories, and now works at Radio France, notably at the Atelier de Création Radiophonique (ACR) and the Groupe de Recherches Musicales (GRM). There, he co-produced a program (“Arrêter d’écrire”) and developed content for GRM’s webradio (“À vous les studios” series).
He has founded and directedEnsemble ILÉA since 2016. He won a NUMIX Grand Prix for the DELETE project, for which he composed the soundscape.
